Really enjoyed drawing the seascape. It’s still a work in progress but it’s getting there! Thank you 🙂
Very nice work!
This looks great! Lovely value control here.
Used an ebony pencil for the initial marks since I don’t have a graphite block.
Not too much of a stormy sea..maybe coastal flooding.
Great job, Jaci!
This looks great! Thank you for sharing this, Saddiqua!
Beautiful work, Colin!
I love the temperature of this drawing, Tammy. This is a wonderful use of toned paper!
Great job here, Brenda!
Very nice work!

I love the energy in this drawing!
Dear Scott,
Thank you for the many challenging photos. Sometimes I went swimming with this sketch.
Kind regards
Pia
The picture was gorgeous, but I find it difficult to draw. Maybe, because I had never study the waves from life. I decided yo create a drawing depicting the feeling of stormy sea, without worrying too much about the accuracy of the waves. There is a lot of power in stormy waves, and they could be quite dangerous. Newer less, they are spectacular. Here it is my swirling, roaring sea, on Legion Stonehenge 11×14 white paper, created with charcoal, and touches of white soft pastel.
The darkest pencil I have is a 6B so I worked with that. Thanks Scott.
I can’t find the chat any longer… don’t know why.
Loved the seascape challenge! Thank you, Scott!
I wanna keep picking at this but i know if i do i will mess it up. Used blutoned mixed media paper with charcoal.
