Here’s the drawing
I really have a hard time with drawing leaves, but I’m happy with some of them. Thanks for another great episode!
here is my version using graphite and a bit of white charcoal pencil
Interesting subject, thank you Scott. Couldn’t attend the live session this time, but watched recordings. Here is my rendition on Strathmore Toned Gray medium surface paper, 9×12, using vine charcoal for gesture drawing, than charcoal pencils, 2B and 6B.

I had to take the class on the re-play.

This is beautiful! I love the delicacy of the leaves and the soft light!
Great Scott! Thank you for yet another fun session. Really really enjoyed this one, as i found it more free form, more freedom to let the markmaking flow and discover the results. So the end product is not as faithful as it could be, but for me was very satisfying . Hauled out the toned paper, which I rarely use, only because you propose it and I like to follow along with you and your group from all around the world. Many thanks, and see you next week.
