Have watched this twice and am now going to try for myself excellent tuition

technical. sometimes difficult as he blocks out what he is doing..camera angle. had to back track several times to grasp. but worth the effort once the light bulb comes on.

Didn't explain in lay terms the theory. If he had spent as much time in the why, not the how, it would have been better.

Fantastic detail of explanation and drawing to creeping us up on a subject that makes peoples eyes glass over! He does a slow but steady pace that allows some time for the new information to sink in. My only issue is the camera angle at times is not showing what he is drawing from one angle of his desk...otherwise all is great and looking forward to the second part!

I got a little confused at the end with the cone of vision. I wasn't sure that it was explained clearly or that it was just me(?)
I would have appreciated examples, like slides of actual buildings or landscapes, and how these constructs of perspective fit into an actual practical application.

I thought this is the best I have every seen. I have studied drawing and I never had Perspective drawing taught this way. I went through the videos several times so that could set up my own grid. The techniques he taught I have read about in my collage drawing course text books. Now I have gone back read more. I think he has done spectacular job.

Artist is knowledgeable about perspective. However, the presentation in the video is very technical and following along requires full set of drafting equipment. Camera angles awkward - artist often obscures what he is doing. Not for the novice.

sorry this was way too much like math class. just too confusing and boring
